All projections, probabilities, confidence scores, and EV outputs are model-based estimates. They do not guarantee outcomes. Sports involve inherent variance, and no model removes uncertainty. Nothing on this site constitutes financial, betting, or investment advice.

User responsibility

You are responsible for your own decisions and for complying with the laws and regulations that apply to you, including any local rules regarding sports wagering.

Demo status

The current public demo is a functional representation of the Propify experience. Features, data, and outputs may change as the platform progresses toward the full 2026 release.

Propify is proprietary software. The model logic, design, and content are owned by Davis Higgins and may not be copied or redistributed without permission.
